Dick's Last Resort - Orange Beach

Oh my god. This place was so worth it. Cannot wait to go to the one in Dallas. Waiter was so good and funny. The food was so good. The flounder melted in your mouth and the portions were great! Decoration was so cool to look around at and the flags were very cool. Would one hundred percent go again.

What can I say, if you picked this restaurant you already knew what to expect. Our server shared her personality with their special brand of hospitality. Co-workers went out together after a conference day. That made it all that much better. Best baby back ribs I’ve had. Everything was great. Custom hats were hilarious! Such a great place but not for tiny ears.

After seeing all the videos online I've been really wanting to go here but since my birthday falls on Thanksgiving we weren't able to celebrate much that day my best friend planned a surprise road Trip 2 weeks later to do my birthday dinner and it happened to be here. On an extremely slow Tuesday night out of season for this place in a Beach town can we were literally the only people in the whole building the whole time we were there maybe one other person came in and looked at the menu. Bean as I work in the restaurant business myself I honestly expected us to not get the full experience where to get less than The full experience because it being so dead they were ready to go. That being said the two young ladies that were working tonight gave me an awesome first experience there I can't wait to go back they gave us their undivided attention as we were the only ones in there and it was everything I expected more I feel like I can go back a professional now and I appreciate although it was so slow did they gave us such great service the whole time and they were so attentive in the meanest way possible of course and we had a blast thank you for making this birthday great

Pleasant, genuinely unexpected experience!!! We were walking through the Wharf, waiting for the Ferris Wheel to open while we browsed a few shops. One of the servers was out front, setting up the umbrellas and he told us to come back at 11:00 to have a good time for lunch. He and my husband kind of he he, ha ha'd with some adult crude humor, bc the Dick's employee couldn't "find the hole" for the umbrella. We got a little giggle out of it and went on down the walk way. After we traumatized the children with the Ferris Wheel, we were headed back to leave The Wharf and I said, hey, let's stop in and have lunch at Dick's. I had seen the menu online last year and gotten tickled at some of the dish names but, WE HAD NO IDEA what was to come. My husband oozes sarcasm from every pore of his body, that's just his "thing" but, the experience was so much FUN!! All 4 of us laughed at the others in the restaurant as they were being served and then our server, Zachary, got started, engaging our 11 yr old son and our 16 yr daughter. Have to say, this is now on the top of our list when we return to the area for vacation!! The atmosphere was great!! The food was excellent!! And the service was absolutely wonderful!! If your in the area, definitely stop by and shoot the #! and have lunch with a big ol' side of sarcasm and ranch dressing!!

*long but please read* I’ve been waiting to get home to make this review: Erin was our waitress! She was spunky and witty and my whole family enjoyed the experience (2 adults, 2 teens & toddler)! Every June is incredibly hard for me as it’s my mom’s birthday and she passed away a few years back. I am not rich by any means and I don’t particularly go out much but we were on vacation here and I save money every year and save up for a gift to give to somebody in honor of my mom. My mom was so witty and had sarcastic humor; she would have loved this place! I tipped our bill in honor of my mama! Erin asked if she could make my mom a hat; I said yes! It’ll look great on her urn... listen yall!!! I died laughing. My mom would be laughing if she saw this as well! BEST HAT EVER! “This is my last chance at a smoking hot body” I had a decent vacation besides losing my job right as I was leaving to come but honestly I think this was my favorite part of our whole trip! Erin deserves a raise and is kicka waitress!! Thank you for making me and my family laugh and honoring my mama with us! She would have love your banter! I hope you know you’re doing a great job and keep on shining on! I tried to add a photo because it’s so funny but it won’t let me so if I could send to an email to post that would be amazing!

I love the atmosphere of the place. Clean restaurant and food was great! Our waitress was phenomenal and played well her part. Love our hats!

This location was an absolute blast and didn't disappoint we love visiting the different locations

My family and I came by to see what the noise/hype was about... and from start to finish we were laughing the whole time. Our server, Delaney (might have misspelled her name) was the nicest, rudest server (this the nicest way) ever. She kept us laughing and her sarcasm was wonderful. Also watching her and others serve the other customers was hilarious Thank you and we will return.
